About the hotel
Built in a landscaped park, close to a lake and a poplar grove, this residence enjoys a unique location.
Comprised of 9 buildings, Pierre & Vacances Le Hameau du Lac is divided into apartments and blocks of houses, all decorated with care. Its traditional, local architecture incorporates details borrowed from “New Orleans” with tiered tile roofing, wooden façades, carved wood and metal awnings and lambrequins.
Unwind in the swimming pool with its wooden deck overlooking the lake.
Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay.
Mid-stay cleaning.
Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.

Children and extra beds

Check In / Check Out
- You may check in from 17:00 hours onwards.
- You must check out by 10:00 hours.
Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 17 years per night is not included.

Important Information
DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

In addition to the listed amenities all the apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates, an electric coffee-maker and a vacuum-cleaner. A phone is available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden fruniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

BY ROAD
Paris (767 km) — Bordeaux (188 km) — Toulouse (128 km).
• From Paris: A6/E15/E50 motorway towards Nantes /Bordeaux/ Aéroport Orly/ Rungis/ Evry up to Wissous, then A10 towards Nantes/ Bordeaux/ Palaiseau/ Massy/ Etampes, for approximately 378 km, up to La Crèche. At La Crèche, continue along the A10 towards Bordeaux/Saintes, for approximately 180 km, up to Lormont. Exit at Lormont (exit No1) towards Bayonne/ Toulouse/ Bordeaux- Cenon/ Artigues/ Gare St Jean on the N230 and continue right to Bordeaux. In Bordeaux, A630, towards Toulouse/ Arcachon/Bayonne for 4.3 km then take the A62 towards Toulouse/ Pau/Agen for 37.6 km. Take exit No 3, Mont de Marsan/ Pau/ Tarbes/ Langon/Bazas and continue until you reach Langon. Take the D932 for 62.9 km then the D934 for 32.10 km and the N124 for 4.5 km up to Aire-sur- l’Adour. Continue along the N124 until you reach Barcelone du Gers. Drive along the D935 up to Riscle then take the D3 to Plaisance. Drive down the D946 for 2.10 km then the D3 for 10.1 km to Marciac.
• From Bordeaux : A62 to Agen then the N21 to Auch and the D943 to Marciac.
